Name your cloud, workload and priority. Ask who will do the work, what they delivered on a comparable project and whether their role was direct or through another company.
Request the billing scope, comparable periods, cost basis, workload-demand changes, credits and implementation cost behind any reported saving. Keep estimated, measured and annualized results separate.
Agree the identities, permitted actions, approval path and removal of access. Ask for a redacted finding linked to remediation and validation evidence. Keep application and compliance responsibilities explicit.
Document coverage, escalation, incident responsibilities, service objectives, rollback and recovery checks. Distinguish a response commitment from a resolution target.
Compare deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, customer dependencies, tool charges, cloud charges and acceptance criteria. Record unanswered questions instead of treating them as included.
Mark each requirement as evidenced, needs clarification or unacceptable for your scope. A missing mandatory control is a decision to resolve before contracting; it is not offset by a lower quote.
This blank worksheet does not rank providers or certify a supplier. ARCO publishes it as a cloud consultancy, not an independent ratings agency. Your team decides the requirements, evaluates the evidence and approves the engagement.
A header-only file: fill it with your approved evidence and decisions. No client records or example savings are embedded.
